Leave early for Huangguoshu. Plan Great Waterfall, Tianxing Bridge, and Doupotang by walking comfort, rain, spray, and crowd level; overnight near Anshun or Huangguoshu only if a slower day is needed.
Use Guiyang and Qingyan as the short-route culture layer: Qingyan Ancient Town, Jiaxiu Tower, Qianling Mountain, local markets, or food streets by energy. Treat weather, light, walking load, and queue time as part of the route plan; cut secondary viewpoints before weakening the main scene.

Depart from Guiyang with only a nearby breakfast, park, market, or airport/rail transfer. Do not add Kaili, Zhaoxing, or a distant village to the final day.
